If you decide to cancel our services before the 12-month minimum contract period is completed, please be aware that early cancellation will result in the remaining payments for the duration of that 12-month period. We understand that circumstances may change, and while we aim to provide excellent service, we also aim to uphold our contractual obligations.

For a refund request, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will review your request promptly and process refunds within 7-14 business days. Please note that certain items or services may be non-refundable, such as customized products or services and services provided beyond the specified duration. Additionally, if you choose to discontinue our services, we will assist you in smoothly transferring your website to another service provider while maintaining data integrity and functionality.
